Located on the ground level of the hotel, Tastings is a unique wine bar experience. Guests enjoy a one-of-a-kind wine bar that offers something special to everyone from the novice to the sommelier.
With over 100 wines selected to be in stock, Tastings boasts one of the largest selections in the world for wines-by-the-taste. The entire selection is available by the taste, by the glass and by the bottle. Every bottle is sold at retail price and can be opened in the store, or taken home to enjoy. Tastings also displays progressive wine technologies including Enomatic tasting stations that work to displace oxygen with nitrogen to preserve the wine in a vacuum-like seal.
Elegant appetizers, sophisticated cheese platters, tapas and bistro plates complete the menu, which is designed to complement the presence of great wines. Outdoor table and lounge seating are also available overlooking the beautiful Artsgarden structure.
Tastings is open for lunch and dinner.

For a unique and luxurious dining experience, dine at The Capital Grille. Providing on-premise dining with up to 180 seats for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy dry aged steak, fresh seafood and a celebrated list of over 400 wines. All with the gracious and personalized service you expect. The Capital Grille is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
